How do I purchase Top real estate legal protection insurance?
You can purchase real estate legal protection insurance in combination with Top legal protection insurance. This option is not available as part of our Basic coverage.
Insurance coverage starts on the date stated in the policy. Fortuna Top does not involve a waiting period and Fortuna Basic has a waiting period of 60 days. Pre-existing cases or cases that began before the start of the insurance contract are not covered.
We offer individual insurance and family insurance. Individual insurance only covers you, the policyholder. If you purchase family insurance, it will provide protection for everyone living in the same household, as well as for any children under the age of 26 who are not employed and do not live with you.
Our legal protection insurance offers comprehensive protection for legal disputes, which can happen at any time, even with the best of intentions.
