Practical examples

Works contract as ordering party
To increase the capacity of its restaurant, Gastro Ltd has a conservatory built. After the work is completed, it discovers considerable construction defects. We assert the right to rectification and manage to have the defects rectified.

Mandate law
Despite receiving several complaints from Office Ltd, the cleaning company fails to carry out its work properly. We step in, the agency contract with the cleaning company is terminated and the resulting claims for compensation are successfully enforced.

Tenancy law as a landlord
Housing Management Ltd rents out a room in its business premises to a former employee who now works as an insurance broker. It establishes in the process that this room may not be used for commercial purposes in case the neighbours are disturbed by customers visiting the premises. After several complaints and despite several warnings, the former employee continues to hold customer meetings in the room. We assert Housing Management Ltd’s claims against the former employee.

Neighbours’ rights law
Flight Ltd produces drones and regularly carries out flight tests. The neighbour complains about the excessive noise the drones make. We successfully defend Flight Ltd against the accusations.
